Tracking The Shipment !
if you see your tracking stats shows "ELECTRONIC SHIPPING INFO RECEIVED" or a red error on USPS.com it means the shipment have not yet get scan into the US postal system,
please be patients, we take steps to process the order, pack it, label it, creating tracking number, then upload the info to website, then carrier come to pickup the shipment, then they scan it at postal office, the whole process may take times, sometime longer then usual, when you get the tracking number please do not contact us after 24 hours.
Missing/Wrong/Damaged items !
if you find any item is missing in the shipment or anything is damaged please contact us immediately, within 24 hours after you received the shipment. otherwise we wont take any responbesblity, also we need photo verify for borken DOA.
ex, if you open the shipment and find one item is damaged or missing and you come back after 5 days tell us there is one item missing, we are not responsible for that. So if there problem with the shipment Let us know ASAP.
Chargeback Frauds !
if you did chargeback on us, SimpleGlassPipe.com reserves the right to refuse service with anyone.
we will put your name on the list and share it with all other sellers.
Return & Refunds Polices !
Please contact us first and request for RMA#, Any returns without RMA will be refused
All item must returned within 15 days after received it,and the item must be in it original working & unopened condition,
We do not refund the Shipping Fees, Buyer Pays the return shipping fees,
For any cancelled or return orders over $500 we are charge 15% restocking Fees,
The restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders whether it has been shipped or not. We do not accept returns on special orders (including but not limited to any pipe which we do not have in stock at the time the order is placed).
