Welcome to SGP Online.

  Pre-2009, we work at warehouse for a different company, they are selling avenge quality glass with higher price, something we not really agree to it, so we decide, why we can't make it less and more affordable? and keep the same hand made quality, so everyone can buy it, 

    So we started this business in Houston, Texas, in 2009 with a simple goal, to offer quality smoking pipe and its accessories  at fair prices while treating customers the way we would want to be treated ourselves. we understand polities come in both ways, 

    When we first opened our doors, the country was still recovering from the 2008 financial crisis. Like many small businesses, we faced uncertainty from day one. We didn't have a large corporate budget, investors, or a nationwide presence. What we had was a strong work ethic, a passion for the products we sold, and a commitment to serving our customers honestly, so we started from are garage, just like all other startups, a 1500sqft house with back garage in Missouri city, 

     Over the years, we have witnessed many changes across State and locally. We experienced economic booms and slowdowns, record-breaking hurricanes along the Gulf Coast, supply chain disruptions, rising costs, and countless industry changes. Through every challenge, Thanks to our loyal our customers continued to support us, and for that we remain deeply grateful for that.

        Just like many businesses, the COVID-19 pandemic brought some of the most difficult years we have ever faced. We have to close down our business for some period, Because you know the reason, and delayed shipments, inventory shortages, rising operating costs, and uncertainty affected nearly every part of daily business. At times, products that once arrived in days took weeks or sometime even months to reach us. Yet our customers remained patient and understanding while we worked through those unprecedented challenges together.

        later Following the pandemic came one of the highest inflation periods many Americans have experienced in decades. The cost of shipping, packaging materials, utilities, labor, and inventory increased significantly almost triple in last three years,. USPS shipping rates continued to rise year after year Almost 15% each time, making it more expensive for small businesses to deliver affordable products nationwide. Despite these challenges, we have always worked hard to keep our prices competitive and provide the best value possible.

        From the rise of online shopping to changing regulations, from economic uncertainty to supply chain disruptions, we have learned that success is not about avoiding challenges. It is about adapting, improving, and continuing to show up every day for the customers who trust us.

         Today, after more than 17 years in business, we remain a family-operated company that believes in honesty, hard work, and customer service. We are not the biggest retailer on the internet, and we do not pretend to be. We simply strive to provide quality products, fair prices, fast shipping, and dependable service.

      Every order means something to us. Behind every package is a customer who chose to trust our company, and we never take that for granted.

       As we look toward the future, we remain committed to the same values that guided us when we started in 2009. We will continue to adapt, improve, and serve our customers with humility and gratitude give the best we can and survival as long as possible and the same time provide the same low prices, ,
