Shipping

We offer free shipping for everything,

Our free shipping option is delivered via USPS or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 3-7 business days.  

Orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers in TX, LA, CA.

We provide the option of Priority Mail Shipping, but please be aware that the delivery dates for this service are not guaranteed. The delivery timeframe largely depends on the current workload of USPS. Although we pay for the postage of the service you select, sometimes it might take an additional one or two days for you to receive your package.

Please note that we do not offer overnight or express shipping options. Our role is limited to handing over your package to the shipping agency; we do not handle the actual delivery ourselves. Therefore, any specific delivery instructions like "put in garage" or "give to my friend" cannot be accommodated by us.

Also, be informed that shipping fees are nonrefundable. We appreciate your understanding of these logistics and shipping policies.


Tracking The Shipment !

If you notice that your tracking status displays "ELECTRONIC SHIPPING INFO RECEIVED" or a red error on USPS.com, it indicates that your shipment hasn't been scanned into the US postal system yet.

We kindly ask for your patience during this process. Our procedure includes processing your order, packing, labeling, creating a tracking number, and uploading this information to our website. Following this, the carrier picks up the shipment and eventually scans it at the postal office. This entire process can take some time, occasionally longer than usual. Therefore, we request that you wait for a reasonable period after receiving your tracking number before reaching out to us. Rest assured, we are doing our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.


Missing/Wrong/Damaged items !

If you encounter any issues with your shipment, it's crucial to reach out to us promptly to ensure a swift resolution:

  1. Immediate Notification for Shipment Issues: If you notice any problems upon receiving your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours.

  2. Discrepancies with Product Appearance or Expectations: Should the item differ from its photo or not meet your expectations, email us as soon as possible for assistance.

  3. Damaged Items Upon Arrival: In the event of receiving a damaged item, please send us a photo of the product. We will review it and, based on your preference, either process a refund or send a replacement.

  4. Missing Items: If any item is missing from your order, inform us within the first 3 days of delivery for prompt action.

  5. Returns for Unwanted Items: We accept returns only if the item is unused, in its original box, and within 30 days of receipt. Please note, used items are not eligible for return.

  6. User-Damaged Items: If the item is damaged due to mishandling within the first few days of receipt, we regret that we cannot provide a replacement or refund as it falls under your responsibility.

  7. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send a prepaid return label for you to return the incorrect item.

  8. Lost Items in Mail: For items lost in transit, please report to us within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date. Failure to report within this timeframe will regrettably result in no replacement or refund.

Late Shipments

Occasionally, carriers such as UPS or USPS may experience delays of a day or two. While we cannot guarantee their exact timing, what we do ensure is that your package is dispatched to USPS on the next business day, using the shipping method you have selected. Please be aware that once the postage for shipping is paid, it is nonrefundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Return & Refunds Polices !

Please contact us with your order ID and order dated,

All item must returned within 15 days after received it,and the item must be in it original working & unopened condition,

We do not refund the Shipping Fees, Buyer Pays the return shipping fees,

For any cancelled or return orders over $200 we are charge 15% restocking Fees,
 The restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders whether it has been shipped or not. We do not accept returns on special orders (including but not limited to any pipe which we do not have in stock at the time the order is placed).

Exchange,

after order was placed you have 15 days to exchange for the same item,buyer are responsible for the return shipping.
