We offer free shipping for everything,

We offer US Postal Service First Class Mail , Delivery time may take up to 3-5 Business days.

also for US Postal Service Priority mail at $8.99 flat fees, Deliver time may take up to from 1 to 3 Business days.

However, those delivery date are not guaranteed, delivery time frame are all base on USPS workloads, we paid the postage for what serviced you choose, sometime it take one or two extra days for your to received,

We do not offer overnight or express shipping.

We only hand over the package to the Shipping agency, We do Not do the deliver our self.

so if you wrote " put in garage" or "give to my friend"  Just let you know we can not do that.

 

Tracking The Shipment !

if you see your tracking stats shows "ELECTRONIC SHIPPING INFO RECEIVED" or a red error on USPS.com it means the shipment have not yet get scan into the US postal system,

please be patients, we take steps to process the order, pack it, label it, creating tracking number, then upload the info to website, then carrier come to pickup the shipment, then they scan it at postal office, the whole process may take times, sometime longer then usual,  when you get the tracking number please do not contact us after 24 hours.

Missing/Wrong/Damaged items !

please contact us immediately, within 24 hours after you received the shipment  if those happens to your shipment.

If the item is not like the photo or not meet your expectation please write us email asap,

If the item is broken on arrival ,please send us the photo of the product, after we examine it we will either refund or send you replacement up on your request.

If the item is missing from the order, please contact us asap.

if the item is no longer need, and its used. we do not accept returns.  we only accept return if it still in its original box and not been used and within the 30 days time-frame.

if the item is broken in the second or third days by your mistake, we will not send you any replacement, its your lost.

if the item received is wrong please contact us asap, we would send you prepaid return label to return it.

Late Shipments

*Sometime the carrier UPS/USPS maybe a day or two behind, we cannot guaranteed it. what we do is make sure we send the package out to USPS in next business day with the shipping method you chooses. Shipping Postage are nonrefundable.

Return & Refunds Polices !

Please contact us with your order ID and order dated,

All item must returned within 15 days after received it,and the item must be in it original working & unopened condition,

We do not refund the Shipping Fees, Buyer Pays the return shipping fees,

For any cancelled or return orders over $200 we are charge 15% restocking Fees,
 The restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders whether it has been shipped or not. We do not accept returns on special orders (including but not limited to any pipe which we do not have in stock at the time the order is placed).

Exchange,

after order was placed you have 15 days to exchange for the same item,buyer are responsible for the return shipping.
