These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of SimpleGlassPipe.com and purchases made through our website. Simple Glass Pipe is operated by SGP Online. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our other applicable store policies.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Age Requirement
SimpleGlassPipe.com is intended only for adults age 21 and older.
By using this website or purchasing a product, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase the products offered on the website in your state or jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or request reasonable age verification when necessary.
2. Legal Use of Products
Products sold by Simple Glass Pipe are intended only for lawful use by adults.
Customers are responsible for understanding and following all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of the products they order.
We do not provide advice, instructions, or customer service concerning unlawful uses of our products. Communications requesting assistance with illegal activity may be refused.

3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, dimensions, colors, specifications, prices, and availability.
Because many of our products are handmade or produced in batches, small differences in color, shape, measurements, glass thickness, artwork, or other details may occur.
Product photos are intended to represent the item as accurately as reasonably possible. Monitor settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, and photography may cause slight visual differences.
We may correct errors, update information, change pricing, modify products, or discontinue items when necessary.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
All orders are subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, fraud screening, shipping restrictions, and acceptance by Simple Glass Pipe.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
We may refuse or cancel an order because of inventory errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, legal concerns, previous chargeback activity, or other reasonable business or security concerns.
If we cancel a paid order that has not shipped, any eligible payment will be refunded according to the original payment method and applicable processing requirements.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on SimpleGlassPipe.com may change without advance notice.
Applicable taxes and any shipping charges not covered by a free-shipping offer are shown during checkout when possible.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Customers must be authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order.
Simple Glass Pipe does not directly store complete credit card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.
6. Shipping
Orders normally ship by the next business day.
Our responsibility is to prepare and hand the package to the shipping carrier. Actual transit and delivery times are controlled by the carrier and may be affected by destination, weather, holidays, transportation delays, address problems, and other conditions outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned because an address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or otherwise undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is sent again.

7. Returns
Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our current return policy.
Returned items must remain unused and meet the condition requirements stated in that policy.
Used smoking products are not eligible for normal return because of hygiene and safety concerns.
Customers should contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions.
If these Terms & Conditions differ from our current Returns & Damaged Items Policy regarding a return procedure, the current Returns & Damaged Items Policy will control.
8. Damaged or Broken Items
If a product arrives cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not use the damaged item and do not throw it away.
Please keep the item, shipping box, and original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
We may request your order number, clear photos of the complete product, close-up photos of the damaged area, and photos of the shipping packaging.
Using, discarding, altering, or failing to retain a damaged product may make it impossible for us to verify shipping damage and may affect replacement or refund eligibility.
Verified claims will be handled according to our current Returns & Damaged Items Policy.
9. Glass Products and Product Care
Glass products are naturally fragile.
Simple Glass Pipe is not responsible for breakage or damage caused after delivery by dropping, impact, improper handling, misuse, incorrect cleaning, modification, excessive force, heat damage, or other customer-caused damage.
Customers should inspect glass products before use. If you notice a crack, chip, damaged joint, broken stem, or other defect when the item arrives, do not use it. Contact us according to the damaged-item procedure above.
10. Warranty
Unless a specific written warranty is included with a product, products are sold without a separate durability or lifetime guarantee from Simple Glass Pipe.
No warranty applies to normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, or customer-caused breakage.
This section does not eliminate any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
11. Fraud Prevention
We use payment authorization, address verification, fraud screening, order history, and other available information to help detect unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
We may request additional verification before an order ships.
Orders may be refused or canceled when we reasonably believe a payment is unauthorized, fraudulent, or presents an unacceptable risk.
Suspected fraud may be reported to payment processors, financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, or appropriate fraud-reporting services when warranted.
12. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, we encourage you to contact our customer service team first so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Customers retain any dispute rights provided by their payment provider or applicable law.
However, knowingly disputing a legitimate transaction that was authorized and properly fulfilled may be treated as suspected fraud.

Customers associated with verified fraudulent activity or abusive payment disputes may be refused future service.

14. Rewards Program
Participation in the Simple Glass Pipe rewards program is subject to the rules of the program.
Customers may not create fake accounts, use false email addresses, manipulate referrals, or engage in deceptive activity to obtain reward points or benefits.
Reward points obtained through fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or manipulation may be canceled.
Accounts that repeatedly abuse the rewards program may be blocked from future participation.
Rewards have no cash value except where specifically stated by the program and may be changed or discontinued subject to applicable law and program terms.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.
