What is our return policy?
What if an item arrives broken?
if its our fault, you will be fully credited and/or items will be reshipped at our expense. However, if is not the fault of SimpleGlassPipe, we would be happy to re-ship you any items at our expense. We may also require you to send back the broken or damaged items, we will be happy to email you a Prepaid return shipping label, as long as it is reported within 48 hours of receiving your products.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please allow 1-2 business for bank to clear the funds.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage.
