I didn't Get order confirmation where can I find it ?

Our store send out E-mail  and SMS order confirmation automatically. if you don't see it in the Inbox, please check the spam and promotion folder.

Why my order hasn't shipped ?

We closed on Weekend, and most Major Holidays.

normally we shipped out within two  business days.

I choose the  USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Business (We Cannot Guarantee it ) I didn't  get it in 3 days.

its means we will ship it out with Priority Mail, but its up to USPS to fulfill its 1-3 days delivery. we cannot guarantee how fast they deliver it.

Why there isn't Payment option for me ? I buying from Canada.

We don't ship internationals,

Can you put my package in the backdoor ?

We don't Actually delivery the package ourselves, USPS,UPS do it, so we can not put the package in your garage or backdoor or behind fence, or enter door code, 

My order arrive broken or Defective, what do i do ?

Please Take 1-2 photo of the broken items all together and send to us immediately  to cs at Simpleglasspipe.com with your order ID to verify that it was indeed broken during transportation. All damages and/or shortages of product must be reported within 48 hours in order to claim credit. We will not honor any damages or missing items if they are not claimed within 48 hours after products have been received. It is your responsibility to check that products are not damaged before putting items on your shelf.

    • Customers who file unwarranted chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases and added to our internal blocklist.

    • We reserve the right to provide all order records—including tracking numbers, delivery confirmation, and customer communication—to the card issuer when responding to a dispute.

  4. Resolution Commitment
    Our team is here to help. If you are unsatisfied, please give us the opportunity to resolve the matter directly before initiating a chargeback.
