How to quit use cannabis ?

there is few tips if you decided to quit smoking,

first thing if you deiced to quit , is clean up your self up, throw away all the gears,  pipes, tools and anything that can remind you of it.

Second, is find new focus, when you have extra time, when you bored, not working, you may start feel etch, on the skin or there is cat in your heart running, dont panic, find something to do, get side hustler, while you working and keep all mind focus on something you will forget about smoking,

Third, force yourself in a difficult position,   if you cant control your self to light up a cigarette go sit next to a  hospital , or public area, that is smoking forbidden, Just like everyone know you cant light up cigarette in gas station,

Four, well power , you must know why you want to quit and emphasis on that.  you lung is giving out, OK i need to stop smoking, if i don't quit it I may die earlier.  print some dark poster or image, carry with you, look it again when you feel like light up something, always keep that in mind,  and keep that etch down.

Five, pain, pain will help your learn, and regain control of your self.  the most common way is, get rubber band, and put it on your waist, pull that and release, feel that pain and remind your self not to smoking.

Six, get away from the bad influences, your surroundings, if people you know everyday speak to you or close to you is smoking,  temporarily cut off,  tell them No, or tell them to help you , so if you want to light a cigarette, they will remind you not to do it.

Seven, get life partner, make wish and together moving life forward, think for long terms,

Eight, go to gym, workout more, sweet more, workout can help you energize, and have fresh new look.  when y ou sweet you body is filter out the bad chemicals , sugars, all the negativeness.

  • Exercise.
  • Get out of the house for a walk.
  • Chew gum or hard candy.
  • Keep your hands busy with a pen or toothpick, or play a game in
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Relax with deep breathing.
  • Go to a movie.
  • Spend time with non-smoking friends and family.

here is that best way to keep focus and quit smoking, its not that hard, you can do it.
