9" Matrix Percs Glass Water Pipe

The pipe is great. The advertisement said it required attachment to be "18mm" (not included). So I added 1 set of 2 water pipe bulk discount 18mm male.
I recieved exactly what I ordered. When I tried placing the attachment into the Matrix water pipe it did not fit. The receptacle was 14 mm.
So I went back and reviewed the website, confirmed the order was placed to match information provided on website.Ended up just placing an order for the 14 mm bulk set of 2 attachments along with a couple pipe type pipes a a set of 3 spiral waterpipes. Then ran across an adaptor for the 14 mm male to 18 mm female so I would be able to put the previous wrong 18 mm parts ordered to good use. Then received that order just today and received a 14mm male to 14mm female adaptor instead of the 14mm male to 18 mm female adaptor that I ordered. I am going to call the place this time about sewing up both of my orders placed with this company and request them to have a foreman or even president of the company to randomly check an order for quality and check for quality not spread of placing my order and if I recieve wrong items a third tim I will be requesting to speak to the president of the company to let whom ever is president letting whom ever it is know how the packing line and quality control is going. Kinda leave a bad first impression of this company which I heard about from a friend ( which also had the very same issues). I'm am going to stress to check and double check my order. It is leaving a bad impression about the company but good about the products. Customers should not have to endure this type of difficulty, especially for a new customer that is interested in multiple other items. I will be filling out the survey on the second order when I am offered the opportunity.
