What are Fumed and dichroic glass pipes?

Why does Fumed glass pipe always change colors ? the short answer, they are not , they do not change colors, the way you see it maybe look different in the light, those are the colorful effect illusion created by the glass dark resin layers. As a fumed pipe fills with resin the colors pop more against the dark background. A pipe against a white background will appear yellow whereas it would look blue against a black background. the most common material use to make fumed glass are gold or silvers.
