Assembly Instructions:

  1. Initial Preparation: Begin by removing the rubber rings from both the stem and the bowl.

  2. Ring Installation: Gently place both rubber rings onto the oil barrel component.

  3. Inserting Glass Components: Carefully insert the glass stem and bowl. Avoid pushing directly; instead, gently hold the glass stem/bowl, turning it while simultaneously applying light pressure to insert it.

I recently left a verified review because my order arrived and all of the products had broken due to the fact that they were simply thrown in a box with a single piece of newspaper on the bottom and another on top. So I had left reviews and provided pictures on all of the items I ordered just to make sure everyone could make informed decisions. I also made it a point to clarify that I had contacted the company and would update the review when I received a response from them or they provided replacements. They did send replacements, so when I came to update the reviews, I found that I can't find them, so I am not sure whether they removed the reviews because they were not favorable, and if that is the case then I am greatly disturbed by that fact because consumers have every right to make informed decisions based on ALL OF THE FACTS, not just those that reflect favorably for a company. Now that I have covered that, once again, they did ship out the replacement package the very next day after I emailed them about the matter, and I received the package 3 days later I believe. So I am satisfied with my purchase, although I do have concerns regarding the missing reviews, ultimately they did ensure that the matter was resolved.

We do remove reviews if we find they’re duplicated.

For example, if a customer orders multiple items and the box gets damaged during shipping, sometimes they leave the same negative review under each item. That creates a misleading picture, so we step in and clean that up.

We do have a dedicated customer care team behind the scenes. If a customer simply reaches out by text or email and shares a quick photo, we’ll take care of the issue quickly and without any hassle.

Returns Policy

You may return only new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
**What if an item arrives broken?
Do not throw it away! We cannot send a replacement without photo proof.
You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item all together, as well as the packaging.
We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
We may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost
Do not use it. Once it's used, we cannot determine if it was DOA or if it was damaged from being dropped.
Refund Timeline
You can expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days after handing your package over to the return shipper. However, in many cases, it arrives even sooner.
