The pipe comes unassembled. When assembling, do not push the components directly into the pipe body. Instead, gently insert the bowl and twist it left and right while slowly pushing down to avoid breakage.

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Initial Preparation: Begin by removing the rubber rings from both the stem and the bowl.
  2. Ring Installation: Gently place both rubber rings onto the oil barrel component.
  3. Inserting Glass Components: Carefully insert the glass stem and bowl. Avoid pushing directly; instead, gently hold the glass stem/bowl, turning it while simultaneously applying light pressure to insert it.

Confused but Very Satisfied

Had made an order through another company which never showed up. After 2 months of waiting I finally just received a refund. But there name was on the item I purchased from you. Is why I was confused. Only it showed up in 3 days not months. Do not wish them ill so I have refrained from naming them

Arrived broken

Arrived broken.... wouldn't replace. Said it looked used when I sent a pic..... whatever

As per our policy, we can only replace items that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) or defective. If the item shows clear signs of use in the provided photo, unfortunately, we cannot process a replacement, as it becomes difficult to determine if the damage was caused by other factors, such as a drop.

In this case, we kindly requested a second photo for clarification, but the customer was unable to provide it. We pride ourselves on replacing DOA items without hesitation when it’s evident they meet the criteria. We trust your judgment in assessing this situation.

Returns Policy
You may return only new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
**What if an item arrives broken?
Do not throw it away! We cannot send a replacement without photo proof.
You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item all together, as well as the packaging.
We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
We may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost
Do not use it. Once it's used, we cannot determine if it was DOA or if it was damaged from being dropped.
