You may return only new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
**What if an item arrives broken?
Do not throw it away! We cannot send a replacement without photo proof.
You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item all together, as well as the packaging.
We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
We may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost
Do not use it. Once it's used, we cannot determine if it was DOA or if it was damaged from being dropped.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We love it. We used flavored water which brings in the flavor and easier on the throat.
I grabbed mine today, it's pretty and small for 1 person, I would have preferred a bigger one but this one can be hidden so they don't look at it, it's blue and it's made of thick glass, and what I liked is that it has 2 adapters, that's right 2 in 1 and they send it to you quickly in 3-4 days and it comes well protected so that it does not break I recommend it from 1-10, I give it a 10.
