The only way I buy glass

Overall I like ordering from SGP great prices for quality glass. I have had a few broken pieces delivered but they are quick to deliver a new one within 2-3 days. I do with some of the glass would be in stock my last order came with a defect and became unusable. That why I told 1 star away

Defective

Worked well, the first time using it after that it was clogged. The bowl and the down stem were mended incorrectly, leading to a hole no bigger then a toothpick or 2. In the picture the red ring is the down stem size the arrow is pointed at the opening.

Love these tear drop bowls

Thie tear drop shape adds a nice touch. I noticed the bowls have gotten smaller. I like the new size for some pieces and not for others. Both sizes should be a available. And if they came in a no color (clear) option that would be welcome.
SGP is always fast to ship. Great company.

One item in my was broken the return process not easy to do

I’m sorry, but I can’t agree with that.

Our return process is actually very simple. All we ask is that you take a photo of the item and send it to us. Once we review it, we’ll approve the return and either provide the return address or guide you through the next step.

So far, we haven’t found any record of you contacting us about a return or requesting assistance.

Again, the process is just two steps—quick and straightforward. It’s similar to returning an item at a grocery store; you still need to show a receipt. In the same way, we just need a photo to get things started.

Returns Policy
You may return only new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
**What if an item arrives broken?
Do not throw it away! We cannot send a replacement without photo proof.
You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item all together, as well as the packaging.
We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
We may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost
Do not use it. Once it's used, we cannot determine if it was DOA or if it was damaged from being dropped.
Refund Timeline
You can expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days after handing your package over to the return shipper. However, in many cases, it arrives even sooner. This timeframe accounts for the transit time back to us (typically 5-10 business days), our processing once received (3-5 business days), and your bank's handling of the request (5-10 business days).
