You may return only new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
**What if an item arrives broken?
Do not throw it away! We cannot send a replacement without photo proof.
You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item all together, as well as the packaging.
We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
We may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost

As you can see in the pictures, there arent any decals and that specifically why I picked this piece because it was clealr glass and it also has a male join attachment with a female oil burner… As you can see in this picture, there is not what I received something with this ugly decal that just completely takes away from the piece not to mention this generic bowl, which also is not in the product picture… So if you’re gonna order this, beware it’s gonna have this ridiculous dinosaur

This is a great pipe to use for your oils. The mouth piece is a little bulkey, with a smaller breathing hole than I expecteed. However, it does pick up a good draw. The bubbles are fun to watch on this one.
